Film accurate prop replica of The Noisy Cricket from Men In Black.

The main 11 parts were designed in fusion 360 before being 3D printed and hand finished in chrome or matte black. The parts were designed in such a way that the finished prop could be assembled using real machine screws and bolts.

The gun features moving trigger and hammer and is internally lit using an LED and fiber optic system. and is powered using a single button cell battery concealed within the gun grip.

Being a model maker working on small scale pieces such as this is both challenging and rewarding.
