FIGHT CLUB - SOAP 

Replica of the Fight Club soap used for promotional releases for the 1999 film Fight Club cast in Smooth-On Smooth-cast 310 resin tinted with Ignite pigments.

 

The original mould master was modelled in Autodesk Fusion 360 before being printed on the Zortrax M300 3D printer. Resulting 3D prints were then finished by hand before being moulded in silicone.

 

Two moulds were created so that the resulting prop could be cast in either rigid polyurethane for display or actual soap for use.
